My Teaching E-Portfolio
My name is Kevin Harris, and I am an occasional elementary teacher with the Greater Essex County District School Board. I am currently in a long-term assignment teaching Grade 6 at Hetherington Elementary in Windsor, Ontario. I've created this website to display my E-Portfolio, highlighting my philosophies and best practices over my 4-year teaching career.
My long-range goal is to obtain full-time employment as an elementary school music teacher. When I was on day-to-day supply (and during teacher's college), I loved teaching music. I have a diverse musical history, and have started the process to specialise myself with AQ courses. I have already completed P/J Vocal Music, Part I this past summer, and will continue to take Part II, and my specialist (Part III).
